Coming Soon! This signature LIT class is beneficial for anyone at any point on their fitness journey. Designed to be a compliment to all of our other class offerings or to anyone who is participating in organized sports, long distance running or if you just want to feel good in your body. This class will focus on active recovery, with deep purposeful stretching, movement  in the infrared heat which allows for deeper stretch and increases blood flow to the muscle. Everyone is an AthLIT.
