Coming Soon! This signature LIT class is beneficial for anyone at any point on their fitness journey. Designed to be a compliment to all of our other class offerings or to anyone who is participating in organized sports, long distance running or if you just want to feel good in your body. This class will focus on active recovery, with deep purposeful stretching, movement  in the infrared heat which allows for deeper stretch and increases blood flow to the muscle. Everyone is an AthLIT.

Grab your light weights, dim the lights down low,  sweat pouring, body moving to the music class combining body weighted movements, weight resistance training and stretch in the infrared to sculpt and tone.

Feel stronger than you ever have in this signature LIT class you will use dumbbells to focus on building muscle mass while in the infrared. Over time you will increase your weight leading to vast changes in your body and strength. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

60 & 90 mins | 98-106 degrees  | open level 

This practice is rooted in the Bikram Yoga Tradition, and based in isometric holds. Each class will consist of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. This class will engage your whole body, building strength and flexibility all while challenging your mind.
 This sequence is geared for everyone, whether brand new to yoga or more experienced!

Be guided in meditation through visualizations.  This practice may drum up some specific mental imagery for you and/or put you into a state of deep relaxation. The proven mental and physical health benefits of calming your mind through meditation are countless.
