"Buti" is a somatic movement practice that incorporates intentional elements of shaking and vibration and seamlessly integrates functional movement, yoga asana and cardio dance. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means ‘a cure that has been hidden or kept secret’”.
This workshop will combine elements of a vinyasa practice, dance and HIIT. This is a physical, emotional and energetic experience. The goal of the workshop is ensure all students leave with a feeling of pure empowerment, unfaltering confidence and absolute freedom (as well as an incredible workout).
Another key factor in any Buti practice is creating bonds with others. We will start and begin the workshop grounding into our own practice but also sharing our energy with one another to create a community, not competition.

The practice itself will run 50-60 minutes with an extended meditation at the end of the practice.

Wear something that makes you "GLOW" and feel confident and be ready to sweat and shake away anything that is no longer serving you!

We’ll enjoy organic juices + fresh snacks after the workshop.

Our detox is designed to rejuvenate the body & create space in your heart + mind to manifest your desires. You will experience a powerful yoga session that incorporates cleansing breathing techniques that will energize the mind and body. Over the 2 hours we'll have you sweating out toxins that are stored and held in the body. You'll leave feeling blissful, stronger, leaner and lighter and you will have boosted your digestive system. Brie will assist and guide you deeper into postures throughout the practice. We'll finish with a deep relaxation and Shavasana. Shavasana will include reiki healing.

Extra hydration is best! Please bring water with you to the workshop! We provide mats, towels + props + infrared heat.
